BY ACCEPTING YOUR BOOKING AT VILLA TASHA, THE FOLLOWING INDEMNITY AUTOMATICALLY APPLIES:

Whilst every care has been taken by Villa Tasha to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodation, Villa Tasha and its owners do not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage or injury or bodily harm to persons or property is experienced by a guest and their visitors.

Villa Tasha or the owners does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors. It is therefore the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival. This includes but is not limited to photographic equipment, laptops or other electronic devices, mobile devices, jewelry, cash and vehicles.

As RENTER, on behalf of my partner, spouse, children, family members, employees and visitors, I hereby agree and undertake:

• Not to hold the owners of Villa Tasha (hereafter called “the house”) and / or any of his employees and / or any other party appointed or contracted by the owner of the house in connection with the activities and / or maintenance and / or business of the house liable for any loss, damage, cost, expenses, claims, injuries or food indisposition of whatsoever kind which I may suffer and / or incur, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of my stay at the house and / or as a result of making use of the facilities of the house irrespective of whether the loss, damage, cost, expenses, claims, injuries or food indisposition which I may suffer as a result of my stay at the house and / or incur as a result of my stay in the house and / or as a result of making use of the facilities of the house arising from any negligent or otherwise acts and / or omissions of the owner of the premises and / or any of his employees and / or any other party appointed or contracted by the owner in connection with the activities, and / or maintenance and / or business of the house; but excluding intent or gross negligence, of the owner of the house and / or any of his employees and / or any other party appointed or contracted by the owner of the house in connection with the activities, and / or maintenance and / or business of the house;

   

• To indemnify the owner of the house and / or any of his employees and / or any other party appointed or contracted by the owner of the house in connection with the activities and / or maintenance and / or business of the house against any liability for any loss, damage, cost, expenses, claims, injuries or food indisposition of whatsoever kind which my spouse and / or my dependent(s) and / or my guest(s) and / or my employee(s) may suffer whether directly or indirectly as a result of the stay of my spouse and / or the stay of my dependent(s) and / or the stay of my guest(s) and / or the stay of my employee(s) in the house and / or as a result of making use of the facilities of the house irrespective of whether the loss, damage, cost, expenses, claims, injuries or food indisposition which my spouse and / or my dependent(s) and / or my guests and / or my employee(s) may sustain and / or incur, as a result of the stay of my spouse and / or the stay of my dependent(s) and / or the stay of my guest(s) and / or the stay of my employee(s) in the house and / or as a result of making use of the facilities of the house, arising from any negligent or otherwise act and / or omissions of the owner of the premises and / or any of his employees and / or any other party appointed or contracted by the owner in connection with the activities, and / or maintenance and / or business of the house; but excluding intent or gross negligence of the owner of the house and / or any of his employees and / or any other party appointed or contracted by the owner of the house in connection with the activities, and / or maintenance and / or business of the house;

   

• That my stay at the house and / or my use of the facilities of the house is / are at my own risk and I voluntary choose to accept all the risks related thereto.
